So…

Good news:

• 50mm f/1.8 auto focuses like a champ.
• Light meter still works with the F-mount to EOS adaptor.
• I might just keep my Tokina 12-24mm f/4 to use on my 7D.
• I can shoot about 2 stops underexposed and my 7D still has good detail.
• 1/30, f/1.8, ISO 100 is perfect indoors.

Bad news:

• I still have my Nikon D5000 body & grip to sell.
